Eng. Elham Al-Hadhrami – is an accomplished architectural engineer and sustainable developer with over 14 years of experience at Muscat Municipality. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University and a Master’s in Sustainability of the Built Environment from Brighton University, where her thesis explored energy efficiency and thermal comfort in Omani residential buildings. In addition to her academic background, she holds certifications in solar electric design and leadership, with a focus on innovation, smart cities, and emerging technologies. Currently serving as the Director of the Urban Planning Development Department, Elham has held multiple leadership roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable urban development and forward-thinking design strategies.
تُعد مهندسة معمارية بارزة ومطوّرة متخصصة في الاستدامة، تتمتع بخبرة مهنية تمتد لأكثر من أربعة عشر عاماً في بلدية مسقط. حصلت على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية من جامعة السلطان قابوس، ثم نالت درجة الماجستير في استدامة البيئة المبنية من جامعة برايتون، حيث تناولت أطروحتها البحثية كفاءة الطاقة والراحة الحرارية في المباني السكنية في سلطنة عُمان. وإلى جانب تكوينها الأكاديمي، تحمل عدداً من الشهادات المهنية في تصميم الأنظمة الكهروضوئية الشمسية والقيادة، مع تركيز خاص على الابتكار، والمدن الذكية، والتقنيات الناشئة. وتشغل حالياً منصب مديرة دائرة تطوير التخطيط الحضري، وقد تولّت خلال مسيرتها المهنية عدداً من الأدوار القيادية، مما يعكس التزامها العميق بالتنمية الحضرية المستدامة وباستراتيجيات التصميم المتقدمة ذات الرؤية المستقبلية.
