Dr. Adam Nadolny is an architect and academic, Professor at the Faculty of Architecture, Poznań University of Technology Poland. Since 2024, he has served as Vice-Dean for International Cooperation and Development and Head of the Department of Urban Planning. He was also a Visiting Professor at the German University of Technology in Oman and he is Visiting Researcher at the Manchester School of Architecture (UK). Educated in Poland and the Netherlands, his early career was strongly influenced by Dutch approaches to architectural design and spatial planning. Adam Nadolny is a recognized lecturer and keynote speaker, delivering presentations at international conferences as well as guest lectures and workshops at institutions including the Index Saudi Arabia, Manchester School of Architecture, Politecnico di Milano, and BTU Cottbus- Senftenberg. He is deeply committed to mentoring young architects and researchers. Since 2022, he has actively participated in the mentoring program at the School of Architecture, University of Maryland (USA). His professional and academic work reflects strong expertise in urban planning and spatial development, combined with a firm belief in the transformative potential of architecture as a response to contemporary global challenges.

الدكتور آدم نادولني معماري وأكاديمي، وأستاذ في كلية العمارة بجامعة بوزنان للتكنولوجيا في بولندا. منذ عام 2024، يشغل منصب نائب العميد للتعاون الدولي والتطوير، ورئيس قسم التخطيط الحضري. كما عمل أستاذًا زائرًا في الجامعة الألمانية للتكنولوجيا في عُمان، وباحثًا زائرًا في كلية مانشستر للعمارة بالمملكة المتحدة. تلقى تعليمه في بولندا وهولندا، وتأثرت بداياته المهنية بشكل كبير بالمقاربات الهولندية في التصميم المعماري والتخطيط المكاني. يُعد متحدثًا معترفًا به ومحاضرًا رئيسيًا في المؤتمرات الدولية، وقدم محاضرات وورش عمل في مؤسسات مرموقة، من بينها Index السعودية، وكلية مانشستر للعمارة، وبوليتكنيكو دي ميلانو، وجامعة BTU كوتبوس – زِنفتنبيرغ. يولي اهتمامًا كبيرًا بإرشاد المعماريين والباحثين الشباب، ومنذ عام 2022 يشارك بفاعلية في برنامج الإرشاد بكلية العمارة في جامعة ماريلاند (الولايات المتحدة). تعكس أعماله المهنية والأكاديمية خبرة راسخة في التخطيط الحضري والتنمية المكانية، إلى جانب إيمانه العميق بالدور التحويلي للعمارة في مواجهة التحديات العالمية المعاصرة.
