Co-Founder UDV
Kostandin Jano is an Albanian architect, Co-Founder and Technical Director of UDV Architects, where he serves as Chief Architect of the Exterior Department. He has played a central role in shaping the studio’s architectural vision, leading projects across residential, commercial, and public typologies with a strong focus on context-driven and technically rigorous design. Alongside his professional practice, he is a member of the academic staff at the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning, where he teaches Architecture Studio (Year III) and Interior Architecture (Year V). His work bridges professional practice and education, contributing to the development of contemporary architectural discourse in Albania.
المهندس المعماري كوستاندين يانو – UDV
كوستاندين يانو معماري ألباني، شريك مؤسس ومدير تقني في مكتب UDV Architects، ويشغل منصب كبير معماريي قسم الواجهات الخارجية. لعب دوراً محورياً في صياغة الرؤية المعمارية للمكتب، وقاد مشاريع سكنية وتجارية وعامة، مع تركيز قوي على التصميم المرتبط بالسياق والدقة التقنية. إلى جانب ممارسته المهنية، يعمل عضواً في الهيئة الأكاديمية بكلية العمارة والتخطيط الحضري، حيث يدرّس مرسم العمارة (السنة الثالثة) والعمارة الداخلية (السنة الخامسة). يجمع عمله بين الممارسة المهنية والتعليم، مساهماً في تطوير الخطاب المعماري المعاصر في ألبانيا.
